About the Client
VR Petrochem is a business in the logistics sector with a product catalogue to present and stock to manage. It wanted one platform for both jobs instead of separate tools. We delivered a public website and a stock management portal. Our work also covered the UI/UX design for both parts of the system.
The Challenge
Showcasing products and tracking inventory are often handled in different places. That split makes it hard to keep product details and stock levels in step. VR Petrochem needed both tasks in a single system. Stock figures had to update in real time. The admin side also had to be simple enough for staff to use every day.
Our Approach
We designed the product catalogue and the admin panel in Figma first. The public site uses React and Next.js to serve detailed catalogue pages quickly. Behind it, a Node.js and NestJS backend handles stock data and real-time tracking. Staff manage products and inventory from one admin panel, so the website and stock records stay connected.
