About the Client
Northeastern Power, known as NE Power, provides energy services. Its website needed to do more than describe the company. It had to support daily service work, from answering customer questions to preparing contracts. Kiara TechX took on the website development, building a platform that serves both site visitors and NE Power's internal team.
The Challenge
Energy service work has many moving parts. Customer inquiries, contracts and live operational data can easily end up in different places. NE Power wanted these tasks brought together in its website. At the same time, its public pages still needed regular updates. The team had to be able to change that content without calling a developer each time.
Our Approach
We built separate modules for customer inquiries, contract generation and real-time data tracking. The frontend runs on React and Next.js, which keeps pages quick and responsive. Strapi CMS sits behind the site as the content layer. NE Power's team can now edit pages on their own, and the platform can take on new features later.
