About the Client
Bolt Energy works in the energy services sector. The company needed one platform to run its service operations from start to finish. The project covered a website, UI/UX design, a web application and an admin panel. Kiara TechX delivered all of these as a single connected system rather than separate tools.
The Challenge
Bolt Energy's daily work includes tracking customer inquiries, preparing contracts and reporting on activity. Doing these steps by hand takes time and invites mistakes. The team also wanted a live view of its data to guide decisions. All of this had to fit into one interface that staff could learn and use without difficulty.
Our Approach
We built customer inquiry tracking and automated contract generation into the platform. An admin panel gives staff control over records and routine tasks. Real-time data visualization and reporting tools show what is happening across the business. The frontend uses Vue.js and Nuxt, backed by a Node.js and NestJS server built for performance and scale.
