About the Client
MCP Marketing works in the marketing industry. Part of its work depends on verifying sales agents and validating calls through a third party. Instead of one website, the company needed a group of sites, each supporting a part of that process. Kiara TechX provided UI/UX design and development across the full set.
The Challenge
Agent verification and call validation must be accurate and quick. Any confusing step slows the whole process down for everyone involved. With several websites in play, consistency was another concern. People moving from one site to another should not have to relearn how things work. Each site also had to load fast and stay dependable.
Our Approach
We designed a shared interface in Figma, so every site follows the same patterns. Interactive forms guide users through each verification step in order. Real-time tracking shows the status of each check as it happens. All of the websites are built with React and Next.js, which gives them fast loading and smooth navigation.
